Leveraging our deep relationships and influence with studios, networks, labels, leagues, teams, venues, events, media, and content platforms, we provide a range of strategic and marketing consulting services to corporate clients around their entertainment & sports strategies.
The Role
This individual will work as an Assistant in the Brand Consulting department supporting a telecommunication account. This position focuses on marketing and brand partnership opportunities for corporate clients and is most suitable for those with interest in pursuing a career in entertainment marketing.
Responsibilities
• General research as required on: talent, entertainment industry trends, competitors, brands, territories and events
• Pitch presentation preparation including creating, formatting, and proofing power point decks
• Production of presentations for client meetings
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, coordinating meetings, correspondence, status reports, updating contact lists, property/talent asset trackers and special projects as needed
• Maintain account finances including budgets, expenses, invoices, booking reports, check requests, retainer fees, and revenue trackers
• Pull data, analytics, and trends for various topics and projects
• Track and communicate account updates, including monthly dashboards and newsletters
• Liaise with brand clients and brand's partner properties including, but not limited to, venues, festival producers, and promoters
• On-site event support and planning coordination/logistics tracking as needed
Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Business or the equivalent preferred
• At least one year of experience in marketing and brand partnerships. Work experience in an ad/marketing agency preferred. Entertainment marketing experience preferred
• General understanding of current brand consulting industry and the nature of a talent agency. Eager to gain foundational industry knowledge
• Interest in, and knowledge of entertainment and pop culture trends/news
• Technologically Savvy (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Keynote, Photoshop). Social Media/Digitally versed
• Team oriented, able to pivot and take on new tasks quickly
• Polished written and verbal skills. Strong at communicating in written format through well-crafted email correspondence
• Organized and able to multi-task to keep up with demanding client needs
• Superior attention to detail
• Strong sense of initiation and informative by nature. Solutions oriented
• Curious; able to pull insights and present research
• Ability to listen and ask poignant questions
• Ability to build trust through relationship building, confidence and business acumen

Compensation
The base hourly rate for this position is $22.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
