Job Description
JOB TITLE: Senior Manager, Suite Sales and Relations
DEPARTMENT: Ticket Partnerships
JOB PURPOSE: Lead sales initiatives for Orioles' suite products, with a primary focus on driving new business and managing client relationships.
COMPENSATION: Competitive base salary based on experience, plus commission for new sales.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
In the role of Senior Manager, Suite Sales and Relations, you'll primarily drive new suite sales for the Orioles. You'll also manage client relationships, with support for administrative tasks like ticket distribution and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:
• Focus on selling multi-game suite products to new clients, including local and national businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets, with a strong emphasis on multi-year suite agreements.
• Lead face-to-face and virtual sales meetings, and close deals with both B2B and B2C prospects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, supplemented by internal support for administrative tasks.
• Implement sales strategies to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
• Document customer interactions and maintain a detailed sales pipeline for accurate forecasting.
• Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating initiative and high standards.
• Offer innovative ideas for suite product enhancements and client satisfaction.
• Participate in and contribute to non-game day and game day events for client engagement and prospect outreach.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and game days, as required.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a specific focus on premium or luxury sales in a professional sports or similar entertainment environment.
• Proven track record in client relationship development and management, particularly with high-level clients.
• Experience in executing strategic sales plans and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations and close
multi-year agreements.
• Skills and Abilities:
• Strong understanding of the sports hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools for sales tracking and client management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and game days, as required by the nature of the role.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
