Job Description
Job Title: Coordinator, Game Presentation

Department: Creative Content

Reports To: Manager, Game Presentation

Job Summary: The Baltimore Orioles seek a Coordinator, Game Presentation to assist with the organization and implementation of the club's in-park entertainment experience. Reporting to the Manager, Game Presentation, this position will be expected to oversee gameday guests and pregame talent, as well as lead part-time staff through on-field and inning break events. The ideal candidate should have a visionary, imaginative, and forward-thinking mindset while being eager to learn.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Act as lead stage manager for in-game activations, organizing hosts and gameday assistants to produce engaging and interactive content for fans in attendance
• Maintain organization of all pregame ceremony and in-game recordings for distribution to key stakeholders
• Arrange regular season national anthem and color guard performances
• Align cross-functionally with departments, including Marketing and Corporate Partnerships, to ensure prizing and contestants are prepared for each inning break
• Assist Manager with producing pregame ceremonies, including first pitches, ball deliveries, and other special events
• Bolster script writing and run of show documents by providing administrative and logistical assistance across Game Presentation team
• Collaborate and contribute to ideation and strategy, both within the Game Presentation team and throughout the Creative Content department
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in game operations, sports marketing, or event planning
• Creative and innovative thinker who enjoys taking risks and flourishes in a fast-paced environment by utilizing an out-of-the-box imagination
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral) with a proactive approach to projects
• Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines, while also being able to collaborate and take direction from various team members
• Strong understanding and passion for baseball
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere and Photoshop, is a plus
• Skill is essential, but positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to continually learn every day are equally important
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on season schedule
