Overview

Audacy is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our corporate human resources team. The position will report to the Senior Director of Benefits and assist with administering our benefit programs as well as assist with other HR and Benefit projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Assist with managing the day-to-day administration of employee benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, COBRA, retirement, worker's compensation, etc.
• Provide support to our Benefits Department by answering employees' benefits questions, directing them to the right resources, and assisting with claims resolution when necessary.
• Serve as the main point of contact with our benefits enrollment administrator vendor.
• Provide assistance during the annual open enrollment process to include review and development of communication, assist with testing the benefits administration platform, partnering with our vendors, updating our intranet site, and more.
• Assist with annual 401(k) audit by gathering requested data.
• Manage the Student Loan Repayment Program application process.
• Process monthly benefit billing.
• Assist Sr. Director of Benefits with other projects as needed and provide ongoing support to other HR team members.

Qualifications

Required & Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree preferred and 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent analytical/problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent follow-up/follow-through skills and self-directed in planning work.
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize daily tasks to meet long-term targets/objectives
• Ability to handle highly confidential/sensitive information
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
