POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Atlanta Hawks marketing team is responsible for the strategy, planning, operations and execution of all revenue and brand marketing initiatives for three brands including the Atlanta Hawks, State Farm Arena, and the College Park Skyhawks. This group facilitates the development and execution of world-class campaigns and content and leverages various marketing channels to connect and motivate fans to drive ticket sales, achieve corporate partner objectives and drive generational brand affinity.

As the Mobile Marketing Manager for all brands, you will be responsible for delivering marketing strategies in our mobile app and member portal that increase guest attendance, guest engagement, and revenue per guest. Collaborating closely with the Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Food and Beverage and Guest Experience teams, you will leverage special offers, gaming, challenges, and more across all fan segments to help achieve growth targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and implement digital offer and incentive strategy to drive customer engagement, increase retention and deliver incremental sales across ticketing, merchandise, and food & beverage.
• Ownership and maintenance of the Atlanta Hawks App, the central hub of our customer engagement and loyalty efforts
• Lead the creation and deployment of loyalty program elements, including fan challenges, badges, offers, rewards and more
• Regularly assess program metrics such as redemption rates, engagement levels, and program growth to determine the impact on incremental sales and ROI.
• Utilize insights to tailor offers and incentives to our fan segments, personalizing the guest experience
• Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, F&B, finance, sales, and guest experience to ensure that the loyalty program and app supports our business goals
• Design and launch targeted marketing campaigns in partnership with the wider marketing team to grow enrollment
• Manage the app promotions calendar for each game/event, and communication of loyalty rewards and incentives across various channels
• Update in-app team content and advertising content for partners, and ensure all partnership ad content is delivering as expected
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital offers, making data-driven decisions to optimize and adjust strategies as needed.
• Partner with the app development team to drive the roadmap, identifying opportunities for new features and enhancements based on customer insights and business needs.
• Partner with analytics and CRM to manage the tracking and analysis of customer behavior events to optimize marketing efforts and customer interactions.
• Serve as the point of contact and day-to-day management for third-party mobile app and loyalty vendors

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
• 5+ years of experience managing a loyalty, rewards or membership program.
• 3-5 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
• Experience with Fortress, or similar platform.
• Customer segmentation and CRM knowledge.
• Excellent business and marketing acumen with superb verbal and written communication skills.
• Robust understanding of marketing automation and digital marketing communications systems.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Passion for creating great user experiences.
• Experience in the Sports & Entertainment, Hospitality, or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with partner departments.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to work non-traditional hours, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
