The Role and What You'll Do:
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager for one of 160over90's key accounts. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies and large-scale events for key clients. This position will deliver excellent work and develop relationships with key clients to execute on objectives and grow our experiential/hospitality business.
SAM's are responsible for working effectively with both client and internal teams to flawlessly deliver event programs that achieve client results against established strategic and creative objectives, timelines and financial goals. The ideal candidate should have well-polished skills in project management, experiential marketing and event production. This candidate should be self-motivated, work well in a fast-paced competitive industry, and have a passion for brands, sport, entertainment, events and logistics.
• Strong management of communication with clients, internal teams, partners and vendors
• Experience working with planning tools and routines, including project timelines, budget tracking, logistics schedules, event specs, meeting agendas, notes, etc.
• Ownership of key objectives and activation planning for assigned programs, in conjunction with client and project team
• A self-starter, highly organized, knowledge hungry and able to work well with employees at all levels of the organization
• Working knowledge of experiential marketing / promotional events beyond basic knowledge and ''how to'' and ability to speak and strategize on staffing, training, logistics, execution and measurement
• Frequent collaboration with other internal teams including strategy, creative, digital, video and event production
• Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with clients and partners, as well as all internal team members and departments
• Develop and actively manage vendor relationships to ensure best available resources and solutions to meet client objectives and budget
• Meet and exceed expectations for client service goals and program success metrics
• Maintain complete and updated program files with all project details and event information
• Vetting and managing talent for various promotional event appearances
• Prioritize, meet deadlines, report on key deliverables and show sound decision making
You Have These:
• 5-7 years of related experience in experiential marketing and/or beverage industry
• 3-5 years demonstrated team management experience
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Project management skills with a high-level attention to detail & ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of our industry, services, clients and competitors highly preferred
• Experience and knowledge working in the beverage industry
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Willing and able to navigate nonstandard work hours, weekends and travel as necessary
• Preference for a creative, forward-thinker
• Must have professional appearance and persona
• Strong work ethic and a positive, solution-oriented approach
• Career minded and seeking long-term employment with growth opportunities
• Prior agency experience is highly preferred

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$75,000 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$100,000 annually
