Main Purpose of Job

Responsibilities include accounts payable (AP) functions such as vendor master data maintenance, maintaining vendor relations, monitoring/reviewing AP activity, monthly 1099/1042 transaction review/reporting, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Work with vendors and 160over90 staff to obtain vendor master data (W9, W-8, banking information and related documentation consistent with company policy)
• Create, maintain, and update vendor master data via vendor portal alongside outsourced shared services partner.
• Call vendors to perform verbal confirmation of bank details.
• Review and reconcile AP submissions to verify general ledger accuracy within SAP.
• Prepare weekly cash flow disbursements requests.
• Manage weekly payment proposal process in partnership with Accounting Manager, shared services team, and Treasury.
• Work closely with vendors and buyers to resolve questions and issues in a timely manner.
• Manage annual 1099 and 1042 process, including monthly review of transactions to ensure appropriate tax classification and withholdings.
• Facilitate and collaborate with business partners to drive process improvements.
• Provide reporting and analysis on vendor accounts.
• Other ad hoc projects/requests as assigned by Accounting Manager or Controller.

Person Specification

Knowledge and Experience

Mandatory
• 5 + years accounts payable experience, including 1042 and 1099 reporting
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook
• Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable
• Agency or Client Account Management experience
• Experience with SAP accounting software

Skills and Abilities

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$58,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$72,000 annually
