Job Description
This internship will be located in the NYC area. The selected intern will be expected to join us in the office on a regular cadence based on the intern manager's in office schedule.
The Digital Branded Content team produces dynamic sponsored video content for US Networks' digital platforms. We formulate both large and small-scale ideas into innovative, cross-platform content marketing programs that are custom-made for specific client initiatives and their associated KPIs without sacrificing our high level of editorial and brand integrity. The team also oversees all aspects of video production while working closely with the Integrated Ad Sales Marketing team, and with key stakeholders on the Branded Entertainment and Program Integration teams, when applicable.
Your Role Accountabilities
• This intern will report to a Producer on the team and work across the Digital Branded Content team and brands including Food Network, Discovery, Animal Planet, etc.
• A hands-on role on our team working in all aspects of production supporting Producers & Associate Producers in the research part of a creative project and/or the data management & scheduling management part of a creative project
• Work alongside a dynamic team that crosses over between film/tv production and marketing/communications
• Maintain trackers
• Assist in scripting
• Input production calendars into project management systems such as Asana
• Various opportunities to come on set (days will vary)
• Organize/track video assets and corresponding deliverables as they are submitted for review and final delivery
• Participate in meeting kick-offs, brainstorms, pre-pros etc. and is responsible for all minutes/notes, creating a feedback loop with your Producers and Ad Sales Marketing team
• Actively participate in all meetings and pitch ideas as they have them
• Immerse yourself in the data around the videos you and others -- both on the team and at other publishers -- are making, and use that as a guide to smart decision-making for future videos
• Keep track of trends in digital marketing and integrated video and suggest ways we can implement them in our own campaigns
Qualifications & Experience
• Pursuing a degree in tv/film production, marketing, communications or related field
• Must be a self-starter and strong teammate who can work independently and responsibly
• Must be highly organized and very comfortable operating in a startup-style, fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments at once
• Must be actively enrolled in a n accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required )
• Must be a rising Junior or Senior Undergrad (18 years or older)
• Must be in academic good standing (3.0
or above cumulative GPA)

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Experience working for a studio/network with digital entities

End Date: April 1 8 th
• Interns will be expected to work 16-24 hours per week in a hybrid capacity.
• Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required ; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided .
