THE POSITION – Brand Partnerships Intern
Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects live entertainment business. You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Assist the brand partnerships team in developing and executing innovative brand integrations
• Research potential brand partners and identify new partnership opportunities
• Assist in the coordination of logistics for brand activation events, including vendor management and on-site support
• Assist with the creation of pitch decks, partnership proposals, and other sales collateral
• Provide administrative support, including client communication, scheduling, and project management
• Gain exposure to the full spectrum of brand partnership activities, from ideation to implementation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree (rising junior or senior) preferably in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Interest in the music festivals/tours and brand partnerships
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to learn
• Must be willing to frequently work and travel to events during evening and weekend hours, as required
This program is during Spring of 2025.
The expected compensation for this position is:
$16.00 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
