Intern, Marketing

The marketing department drives brand awareness, fan engagement, and revenue growth through strategic campaigns, innovative activations, and creative storytelling. This team collaborates across departments to execute events, promotions, and partnerships that amplify the company's presence in the industry. By leveraging data insights, digital platforms, and influencer relationships, the department connects audiences to unforgettable experiences, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of sports and entertainment culture.

Marketing

Responsibilities
• Assist property leads with day-to-day ad buying and campaign execution.
• Support on-sale preparation, including gathering assets and updating schedules.
• Create and edit marketing content for digital and print platforms.
• Monitor ad performance and compile reports for team review.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative marketing strategies.
• Manage and organize marketing assets to ensure timely and efficient access.Other duties as assigned by the marketing manager/coordinators

Qualifications
• Current student working towards Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; capable of utilizing resources efficiently and effectively to perform multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, streamline processes, and maximize limited resources for efficient workflow.
• Produces precise work under pressure, checks information for accuracy, and demonstrates impeccable attention to detail, especially in accounting tasks related to the travel industry.
• Practices active listening, adapts to changing priorities, follows through on tasks, and is flexible with working nights and weekends as needed.
• Experience or interest in the travel or hospitality industry

Program Details

We offer internship opportunities within our global sports and entertainment businesses, including global cultural marketing agency 160/90; sports rights management, production, and digital content leader IMG (Rights, FC Diez, Seven League); global licensing business IMG Licensing; premium hospitality and live experiences leader On Location, Professional Bull Riders (PBR), and entertainment agency WME (including WME Sports and Fashion). Locations include New York City, Nashville, St. Louis, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Dallas, Chicago, London, and Paris. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.

In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.

Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location.

Important Dates
• By December 13-19: Approved internships will post externally.
• January: Recruiters will kick off the recruiting process.
• February 10: Applications will be accepted through this date.
• February - March: The interview and selection process will take place.
• The program will be 10 weeks in length.
• US (June 9 - August 15)
• EMEA (June 30 – September 5)

Recruitment Process
Our process consists of four steps.
• 1. Tell us your story. In addition to your application and resume, please attach a word document and in 300 words max, share why you're interested in the role. What are the unique perspectives, abilities, and qualities you would bring to the role? What do you hope to learn?
• 2. Video Interview with a Recruiter. If selected fort he next round, you will be contacted by the recruiting team to schedule a 30- minute video interview.
• 3. Video Interview with the Hiring Manager. If selected to move forward, you will meet with the hiring manager and potentially 1-2 additional team members.
• 4. Offer or Decline. If selected for the position, a recruiter will call to extend an offer. If you have not been selected, a recruiter will reach out to let you know.

Eligibility
Our program is designed for rising juniors, rising seniors, and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university, unless otherwise noted.

Candidates must indicate if they now or in the future require Endeavor to commence (''sponsor'') an immigration case in order to employ them (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration case).

Pay

We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location. Pay rates typically align with local required minimums and vary by country.
