Conduct research, brainstorm, and propose ideas to enhance guest experiences. Draft and design clear, engaging communication materials for guests.

As a Guest Experience & Communications Intern, you will support the development and execution of communication strategies, help manage guest inquiries and feedback and collaborate with inside sales and guest services teams.

Intern - Sales

Sell a full menu of premium ticket and hospitality packages to the world's most premiere events. Receive inbound calls and inquiries on all premium product offerings.

Intern - Event Production

On Location

Conduct research and gather information for event proposals and budgets including venues/locations, vendors, entertainment options and event disciplines. Support hospitality planning an NCAA Championship and go onsite to help execute.

Intern - Tennis Sales

On Location

Supporting event package logistics, including managing rooming lists, ticketing, and special requests using tools like TPS. Assisting in the sales process, including promoting VIP or upscale packages and identifying upselling opportunities.

Day ad buying and campaign execution. Support on-sale preparation, including gathering assets and updating schedules.
