The Shopping Product Activation team brings YouTube's Shopping products to market and market to products. We answer tough questions to grow our Shopping business for users, creators, or partners.
In this role, you will be involved in developing and executing data-driven go-to-market strategies for YouTube's Shopping, focusing on user, merchant, and creator growth. You will lead cross-functional projects, manage program execution, and drive operational excellence through Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and forecasting. You will navigate ambiguity to scale a new product, fostering a collaborative team culture, and rapidly testing and learning.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Resonsibilities:
• Drive hypothesis driven business strategy for YouTube's Shopping across users, merchants and creators.
• Analyze Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and build robust GTM plans across shopping business models.
• Drive operational excellence, including setting and tracking OKRs and driving annual business planning. Own program management and tracking for key programs.
• Define and shape GTM plans, execute communication documents, lead experiments/trusted tester programs, quarterly forecasting.
• Work with Regional GTM team and the Product Management team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals, while also leading cross-functional projects working with broad stakeholder set.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, category management, growth strategy, or analytics.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.
• Experience with project management in a changing environment, with excellent spreadsheet modeling and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate and influence effectively by presenting data/conclusions in a compelling way.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and effective business acumen.
