Job Description
WWD's Fairchild LIVE! Media connects the titans of the industry at focused gatherings designed to inform and inspire through content curated by Fairchild Media's renowned editorial team. Attended by senior executives in the global fashion, beauty and retail industries, each event offers unique perspectives from those who are successfully navigating the ever-changing landscape.

Responsibilities:
• Daily sales outreach, hunting for new leads which includes e-mail, phone outreach, LinkedIn direct messaging, etc. to senior level executives including VP and Director level executives of Marketing, eCommerce, Retail and C-Suite, etc.
• Comfortable interacting at the C-Suite level
• Ability to create, manage and execute personalized marketing campaigns
• Work across Fairchild Media Group to support Beauty Inc, FN, Rivet, Sourcing Journal, and WWD
• Intellectual curiosity regarding the industry while networking with the larger FMG community
• Responsible for updating and maintaining database to include all prospecting/sales activity
• Attend industry events to network and know the latest brands in the emerging markets
• Maintain administrative duties to include, but not limited to, invoicing and billing requests, hotel management for select events, pulling attendee lists from database per event, etc.
• Build relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
• Report weekly revenue to management
• Track and monitor response of all executed efforts; making contingency plans where necessary to meet attendee target goals
• Staff all events as host, greeter, registration manager
• Assist with audience development for private events including breakfasts, dinners and cocktail receptions

Requirements:
• 2 years of work experience
• Fast learner and advanced problem solver, able to ''think out of the box''
• Natural networker, in-person and via the phone
• Ability to hunt for new leads and make cold calls throughout the day
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver excellent communication & customer service
• Professional and articulate delivery when interacting with clients
• Expertise in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Salesforce
• Strong sales background: comfortable making cold calls and follow up calls
• Achievement of departmental goals as well as have ability to work individually and in a group environment
• Interest and/or passion for fashion, retail, sourcing and beauty business side of the industry

As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.

Typical wage range: $80k - $87k. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.

The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits. PMC is committed to the health and wellness of our employees.

As part of our company-wide rollout of PMC's paid healthcare plan, for this role the company pays 100% of the monthly health, dental and vision plan premiums for the employee and their family.
