Job Summary/Description:

Gray Local Media is seeking a solutions and results oriented media professional to be based in West Palm Beach, FL. You will consult with local business owners to create multimedia targeted advertising campaigns that exceed their business goals and objectives. Ideal candidates need to have a strong understanding of the sales process, and excel at researching leads, starting new relationships and closing. You should be a quick learner, with strong communication skills and the ability to showcase our solutions in a compelling way. Industry leading training program provided.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

· 90% of your time will be spent developing new business. Consult with business owners, marketing and advertising executives, directors, and managers to develop and implement an effective digital marketing strategy for their business

· Meet or exceed sales expectations, goals, and budgets, and manage your own book of sales revenue for retention and growth

· Learn and master digital advertising products and tools (we are always innovating and growing), along with Gray Digital Media’s suite of digital services

· Develop, retain, and grow client relationships in West Palm and throughout the country

· Manage your book of business using client management tools and software. Design, write, and present marketing proposals and PowerPoint presentations

· Communicate and collaborate effectively across all WFLX/Gray Digital Media departments and support staff

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Sales experience preferred

· Great communication and people skills

· Strong organizational, written, and presentation skills

· Competitive, energetic and self-starter

· Ability to overcome objections

· Energetic, Upbeat, Positive

· Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Must possess valid driver's license with good driving record and no DUIs, MVR check required
