Job Summary/Description:

The Digital Sales Assistant is an integral role for the WCAX sales team, where quick, efficient work and attention to detail will result in client advertising and marketing campaigns running successfully. This role will handle internal documents, and data entry, and support the local sales team as we help local business partners grow!

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The Digital Sales Assistant will use most industry-standard office skills including:
• Use of Microsoft Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel, Word, Teams, and proprietary web-based programs to monitor and report on advertising campaign activity.
• Daily use of Gray Local Media proprietary software and forms to create and manage digital advertising components for various advertising campaigns.
• Professional interaction with members of the WCAX sales team and sales management on a daily basis.
• Research and create sales materials as needed.
• Support data entry of orders in the station's proprietary accounting system.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• ️ A college degree is preferred but not required.
• ️ Strong work ethic, organization skills, and attention to detail are a must.
• ️ Must be comfortable learning new processes and working with modern computers and software.
