Multimedia Account Executive – WBAL-TV (Hearst Television)
Compensation: Commission-based (Potential earnings: $65,000 - $100,000+, plus discretionary quarterly bonuses)

What You'll Do:
• Generate revenue across WBAL-TV's powerful platforms – TV, digital, and streaming.
• Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities.
• Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses and national advertisers.
• Sell high-profile programming like Sunday Night Football, The Olympics, and major sports franchises.
• Manage and grow an active client portfolio.
• Create customized, research-driven sales presentations.
• Achieve individual revenue goals while collaborating with a dynamic, high-energy team.

What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of media sales experience preferred (TV, radio, digital, or related industry).
• Proven ability to develop new business and sell to local business owners.
• Strong negotiation skills and consultative sales approach.
• Experience in a goal-driven, competitive environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with sales software (Wide Orbit, Wide Orbit Media Sales, or similar programs a plus).
• Ability to analyze market research and position clients for success.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Related military experience will be considered.
