Title: SVP Integrated Marketing, North America

Location: LA or New York

Your role:

The SVP Integrated Marketing, North America will lead the execution of all scaled WMG marketing services to support our North American labels. They will play a pivotal role in the expansion of our central North American marketing organization which will provide services across Paid Media, Direct to Fan, Marketing Operations and Marketing Analytics pillars.

Here you'll get to:

Marketing Strategy & Transformation:
• Collaborate with the CMO and SVP of Global Integrated Marketing to define and evolve the strategic vision and operational model for scaled marketing services, ensuring innovative, efficient, and best-in-class support for North American labels.

Direct Team Leadership:
• Lead the North American Marketing Services team across multiple US locations, including in-label embedded roles.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Direct Marketing:
• Partner with the Global Direct-to-Fan leadership to create a North American Direct-to-Fan roadmap, driving strategic frameworks for CRM, web, audience data, and analytics.
• Build a Direct-to-Fan servicing team able to support label teams and deliver on the defined roadmap.
• Feed into and cascade global best practices for audience acquisition, engagement, retention, and data enrichment.
• Advocate for Direct-to-Fan marketing by enhancing label understanding, showcasing best practices, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Marketing Operations:
• Collaborate with Global Marketing Operations and Enablement to formalise the Marketing Operations function to standardise workflows, improve efficiency, and optimise tools and data usage.
• Drive consistent adoption of marketing data and tooling across Warner Music's North American labels.
• Create cross-functional frameworks to streamline campaign execution.

Paid:
• Oversee Paid Media to enable label teams to execute high-quality, effective campaigns.
• Manage third-party delivery partnerships to ensure seamless execution and enhanced service levels.
• Ensure clear communication and workflow hand-offs with the Global Paid Media team.

Campaign Delivery:
• Domestic: Partner with marketing leads at Atlantic Music Group (AMG), Warner Records (WR), and Warner Music Nashville (WMN) to integrate marketing services into artist strategies within North America.
• Artist International Export: Work with AMG and WRG International Export teams to develop full-funnel marketing strategies that support artist development and revenue growth in global markets.
• International Artist Import: Collaborate with the SVP of Global Priorities to execute large-scale marketing campaigns in North America for global priority and high-potential artists. Collaborate with EastWest to ensure developing opportunities are worked in house where appropriate.

Campaign Analytics:
• Monitor and assess marketing campaign performance through data-driven insights.
• Oversee the delivery of campaign reporting to label stakeholders.
Off/Nearshoring:
• Develop a long-term strategy for offshoring and nearshoring low-value or duplicated activities, increasing efficiency, scale, and cost-effectiveness in North American Integrated Marketing Services.

Finance:
• Design and implement processes to track marketing budgets (cash and credits), ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless recharge processes.

xFN:
• Partner with WMX to align and integrate eCommerce activities where relevant.
• Work with ADA and Catalog teams to establish a scalable marketing servicing model for North America.

About you:
• 15+ years of marketing experience in North America, with a focus on the music, creative, or entertainment industries.
• Proven track record as an executive-level marketer with deep expertise in marketing strategies and tools, including social, direct marketing, content, and paid media.
• Experienced leader with a history of managing and mentoring multifunctional marketing teams.
• A visionary change agent, skilled in leading large, geographically dispersed teams through transformation.
• Agile and disruptive thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and tech-enabled solutions.
• Expertise in shaping organisational culture, optimising structures, and building high-performing teams aligned with business objectives.
• Strong project and programme management capabilities, with a strategic and operational understanding of the marketing function.
• Data-driven mindset, leveraging analytics to inform and optimise marketing strategies.
• Deep passion for music and a strong grasp of the evolving industry landscape.

Salary Range

$210,000 to $285,000 Annually

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
