Job Title: Social Media Manager (bilingual)

A little bit about our team:

The marketing service team at Warner Music Latina is a department that is focused on providing the digital and guerrilla marketing strategies to make hit records and develop artists to become superstars by using social media as the main tool. The team is composed of experts in organic content, paid media campaigns, influencer marketing and partnerships.

Your role:
• You are a culture enthusiast that is up to date on music, fashion, social trends, etc.
• You understand US Latin culture and identity
• Have an advanced understanding of each social media platform and how engagement algorithms perform
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• You can keep up to date with social media trends and platform changes to create relevant and timely content
• Can manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment on short deadlines
• Have strong attention to detail
• Strong sense of aesthetic and branding
• Have outstanding interpersonal skills
• Have an understanding of content scheduling and metric-tracking programs (Crowdtangle, Platform insights, Facebook Creator Studio, etc.)
• Have a working knowledge of popular photo and video applications including Photoshop/Illustrator/iMovie/Premiere Pro
• Skilled in general office software, including: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Calendar, Word and Excel), Dropbox, etc.

Here you'll get to:
• Build a creative and engaging social media calendar
• Drafting and posting assets on all social media platforms
• Assist label managers in brainstorming and implementing digital marketing strategies content for each of our present and future artist releases
• Develop guerilla marketing initiatives that push artists and Warner Music Latina brand in the US
• Prepare weekly reports analyzing social performance of our artists and brand accounts
• Set up and execute influencer campaigns for priority releases
• Build, manage and engage fan communities

About you:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the music industry (experience working directly with artists, artists managers and fans is preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing social media accounts
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with creative content tools such as Adobe Creative Suite amongst other online software

We'd love it if you also had:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
