Job Title: Receptionist- TEMP
A little bit about our team:
You will be a part of the Nashville based Workplace Experience team designed to imagine, create, and maintain innovative workplace facilities to accommodate the needs of our ever changing business. We host a variety of physical and virtual events, both live and recorded, including artist performances, interviews, panel discussions, executive addresses, and company conferences. We work with the industry's leading artists as well as high profile company executives and music producers.
Your role:
The receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers to the organization. They provide administrative support across the organization and ensure efficient handling of all front desk duties.
Here you'll get to:
• Greeting Visitors: Welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answering Calls: Manage incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate individuals or taking messages as needed.
• Scheduling Appointments: Manage schedules and appointments for staff members, booking meeting rooms as required.
• Maintaining Office Area: Ensure reception area is neat with stocked materials and stationary. Keep lobby areas prepared with snack trays filled and TVs turned on.
• Administrative Support: Assist staff with administrative duties such as creating playlists and show schedules, data entry, filing, and administrative reports.
• Assisting Visitors: Assist visitors with inquiries, providing information about the organization, its services, and facilities.
• Coordinating with Other Departments: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks.
• Maintaining and Updating Records: Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, calls received, and staff badge access lists.
About you:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Have an interest and working knowledge of the music industry. Specifically the country genre.
• Have a welcoming and friendly attitude to greet guests and build relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Consistently reliable and on time.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to be professional and confidential in all areas surrounding the job.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Salary Range
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
