Your role:
If you are an Amazing Order-to-Cash (OTC) Leader who wants to create a vision and roadmap to build a world-class OTC team within our regional center, then keep reading!
Here you'll get to:
• Oversee the delivery and support of OTC business processes
• Use your music industry knowledge and technical expertise to understand clients' Order to Cash needs
• Skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metric reporting for core programs and processes, then monitor the performance of the OTC business process against targets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all things OTC for Mergers/Acquisitions
• Manage a customer portfolio that generates more than $4 billion in revenue annually
• Lead the team processing all domestic revenue through automated systems (DSPs, touring revenue, physical revenue, etc.)
• Build and strengthen the capabilities of the OTC team by identifying, developing, and overseeing talent within the function
• Position yourself as a relied-on point of contact between all internal functional groups, including, but not limited to, Corporate Finance, Label Finance, Internal Audit, and Shared Services
• Lead Credit and Collections team and advise on Credit Risk Reviews, Establishing Lines of Credit for Physical Music Purchases, etc.
• Collaborate with the Physical Supply Chain / Operations group to drive continuous improvement
• Serve as a point of escalation and final approval for the OTC process
• Lead the team in the performance of day-to-day activities within OTC
• Be responsible for OTC Analysts (both on and offshore) to ensure disputes are repaid or escalated timely.
About you:
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in accounting or a related financial role in a shared service environment
• 3+ years of experience in invoicing, collections, and customer credit functions in a high transaction volume organization
• Extremely collaborative team player
• Knowledgeable on front-end systems and all OTC processes
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Experience leading collaborative discussions and working with a diverse team of stakeholders to achieve a common goal
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and audit procedures
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines
We'd love it if you also had:
• Music or Entertainment Industry experience preferred
• Accounts Payable experience
• Knowledge of SAP and S/4HANA preferred
