Job Title: Coordinator, Creative Operations
A little bit about our team:
Our team manages the financial and legal processes for all creative shoots for Atlantic Music Group, including Atlantic Records, 300 Entertainment and 10K Projects. A segment of a larger Marketing Operations team, we work more closely with the Creative team of Producers and Art Directors to ensure our shoots are successful and we receive all contracted assets.
Your role:
You will get to work closely across Creative, Marketing, Operations, Finance & Business Affairs teams to ensure successful creation and release of creative assets for our entire roster. You will assist the Vice President of Creative Operations managing budget approvals, handling simple contracts with vendors and issuing payments according to our agreed terms.
Here you'll get to:
• Track the status of all upcoming & active video shoots & photoshoots
• Manage billing and expenses for all creative shoots
• Liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure smooth processing of invoices to meet contractual deadlines
• Manage expectations of vendors regarding invoice deadlines, payment timing, etc.
• Onboard new vendors into WMG's payment system & maintain vendor profiles
• Declare insurance with our broker and ensure all shoots are properly insured
• Learn how to negotiate intellectual property agreements
• Gain knowledge about the value of creative assets and all of the people involved in making them
About you:
• You are detail-oriented, organized and process-driven.
• You have a passion for spreadsheets & formulas.
• You want to be a part of the creative process, but prefer to sort the logistics.
• You like to take initiative.
• You are comfortable and effective in communicating with new people.

Effective October 1st 2023, this position will require being in the office 4 days a week. We believe that an in-office presence is critical for talent development, collaboration and building strong relationships.
Salary Range
$21.79 to $23.07 Hourly
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
