A little bit about our team:

We provide support to our label and territory partners in rights management, optimization, and content protection to ensure maximum revenue opportunities at our commercial digital partners.

Your role:

We're looking for someone who thrives on searching the depths of the internet to find when and where unreleased music first pops up. We want someone to help our artists maintain control of their release plans. This person will be the next piece in building a world-class anti-piracy unit.

Here you'll get to:
• Monitor and protect all forms of Warner Music Group's intellectual property, including audio, physical products, merchandise, and virtual properties
• Work with our label partners on priority release schedules
• Coordinate priority releases on a weekly basis with third-party anti-piracy services
• Receive and create leak alerts for infringing uploads
• Discover new platforms that infringe on WMG's intellectual property
• Contribute to a growing team of global content protection specialists

About you:
• Strong attention to detail
• Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects at one time
• Learn, dissect and implement new processes, procedures or concepts quickly
• Stay organized, on task, and self-motivated
• Think quickly on your feet and work well independently
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Comfort with Google Enterprise products (Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Forms) and Microsoft Office Services (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)

We'd love it if you also had:
• At least 1 year of experience with digital content management, anti-piracy or copyright matters
• College degree preferred

About us:

As the home to 10K Projects, 300 Elektra, Asylum, Atlantic, East West, FFRR, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Rhino, Roadrunner, Sire, Warner Records, Warner Classics, and several other of the world's premier recording labels, Warner Music Group champions emerging artists and global superstars alike. And our renowned publishing company, Warner Chappell Music, represents genre-spanning songwriters and producers through a catalogue of more than one million copyrights worldwide. Warner Music Group is also home to ADA, which supports the independent community, as well as artist services division WMX. In addition, WMG counts film and television storytelling powerhouse Warner Music Entertainment among its many brands.
