Job Title: Coordinator, Ad Sales and Operations - Temp

A little bit about our team:

The WMG Global Commercial Services team aims to improve WMG revenue and market share. They lead with standard methods, platform expertise, and innovative solutions to support our recorded music strategy.

The Ad Sales and Operations team within the Commercial Services department at WMG provides day to day support for many of our top 3rd party partners and liaisons with territories and labels around the world. This position will play a key role in shaping the processes, policies and overall success of the team with our international and domestic affiliates.

Your role:

Coordinate and improve digital ad campaigns on YouTube using Google Ad Manager for Warner Music Group artists. Your role will involve maintaining external facing collateral and applying your expertise in digital ad operations to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a digital media role with a deep understanding of digital advertising campaign management, familiarity with data platforms, reporting analytics, and campaign optimization.

Here you'll get to:
• Team Support Materials:
• Maintenance of external facing collateral inclusive of how to guides and a digital release schedule
• Handling of highly confidential information
• Ad Operations and Ad Tech Innovations:
• Troubleshoot technical issues regarding ad campaigns on the platform.
• Quality Assurance checks of all campaigns that run within our adserver. Includes accurate rates and budgets are adhered to.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics within Google Ad Manager, such as impression delivery, CTR, and viewability.
• Analyze data from Google Ad Manager to identify optimization opportunities and improve campaign performance.
• Implement optimization strategies, including audience targeting adjustments, creative rotations, and bid optimizations.
• Generate comprehensive reports using Google Ad Manager and third party ad servers to provide insights on campaign performance and critical metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends, standard processes, and new features within Google Ad Manager and other ad tech platforms.
• Monthly Actuals: Develop comprehensive campaign performance reports, including Gross Values, for the Warner YouTube Cross-Sell network by aggregating data from Google Ad Manager and third-party ad servers

About you:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital advertising campaign management, with a focus on Google Ad Manager.
• Experience working with third party ad servers such as DCM, Sizmek, Flashtalking, Innovid
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Diligent with strong organizational and project management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• You possess experience in the music industry
• You are experienced with Google suite of programs (ie. Slides and Sheets)

Salary Range

$26.44 Fixed Rate

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
