The global business development team drives revenue success via content acquisition, establishing creative partnerships with the independent community and maximizing their growth within Alternative Distribution Alliance (ADA). As part of the Warner Music Group, ADA is a worldwide distribution solution and marketing service organization that is deeply committed to the independent artist and label community. ADA gives independent artists, labels and creators access to a bespoke global distribution network and a dedicated, passionate team of experts that provide a panoramic suite of services that includes sales/marketing, digital marketing and fan acquisition solutions, radio promotion, music/sync licensing and much more.

Your role:

You will collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic plans, as well as translate high-level goals into actionable objectives and key results (OKRs), facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, ensure alignment of team efforts with company objectives, and prepare and review executive communications, presentations, and reports. You will be a key representative of the CEO in meetings and decision-making processes, when appropriate.

Here you'll get to:
• Oversee critical company initiatives and special projects
• Manage competing priorities and resource allocation
• Analyze industry and company data to inform strategic decisions
• Stay abreast of music industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis
• Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements across the organization
• Lead crisis response efforts and develop mitigation strategies

About you:
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in strategic roles within the music, tech, or related industries
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

This position will require being in the office 4 days a week. We believe that an in-office presence is critical for talent development, collaboration and building strong relationships.

Salary Range
$150,000 - $185,000 Annually

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
