The Job

We are looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, to lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Operations professionals that drive WarnerMedia's new hire and onboarding experience.

The Daily
• Ensure that the team is successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, all while meeting service levels agreements and complying with policies and procedures.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team to retain our best talent. Provide day-to-day skill building around area of expertise, process efficiency, and activity management. Seek and recommend next-level development opportunities for team members.
• Own and manage the execution of the company's background check policy, which includes project managing any changes to our policy and designing a change management plan that supports those changes with stakeholders. This also includes adjudicating background checks and working with the appropriate parties to adjudicate background checks as needed.
• Strategically manage background check service providers ensuring optimal delivery of service. Raise and remedy issues as they arise.
• Act as a point of contact and liaison and between Employment Legal and Talent Acquisition for any recruiting related topics.
• Oversee and balance assignments across team members. Lead the hiring of future team members to augment the team on a project/volume basis.
• Partner with Data & Insights in the development of key performance indicators/metrics to ensure that the team is operating at optimum efficiency. Identify and propose innovative productivity solutions that enable the team to deliver hiring goals.
• Monitor internal and external trends and best practices to strengthen WarnerMedia's new hire experience.
• With the support of Talent Acquisition leadership, develop and execute comprehensive operational project plans for WarnerMedia enterprise-wide process implementations.
• Create and maintain guides, as well as build and deliver comprehensive trainings for internal stakeholders (Recruiters, Sourcers, Talent Acquisition Coordinators, HR, HRS, employees).
• Lead and/or participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.

The Essentials
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition and/or Operations experience with a focus on project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building, revising, and delivering recruiting processes from the ground up in a rapidly growing global organization.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
