Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Reporting directly to the President, China provides a full spectrum of administrative & business support in a one-on-one relationship. He/she provides assistance to President, China with respect to WarnerMedia' China's overall business in China by interfacing with all internal divisional groups, external business partners, government authorities and Chinese production partners on Chinese language film projects (''Projects'') in which WarnerMedia invests. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Assistant to President, China must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Administrative:
• Successfully completes deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting business letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the President, China's ability to effectively lead the company
• Being able to take and summarize notes in meetings. Draft reports and compile PPT slides.
• Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President, China including: managing a calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for business meetings
• Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the President, China, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response
• Codes and processes invoices.
• Assists in maintaining budget and tracking expenses.
• Manages various records, reports, and files.
• Prepares expense reports and follows through on reimbursement.
• Be able to build relationships with business partners, government sectors which are crucial to the success of the organization, and be able to manage a variety of special projects for President, China as when required
• Coordinates international and domestic travel and hotel accommodations.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Project support:
• Takes minutes at meetings
• Prepares PowerPoint presentations
• Update status reports
• Coordinate and manage large contact lists
• Special projects as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Overseas education background is preferred
• Minimum two years of working experience in MNCs

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Must Have:
• Good command of English language ability
• Excellent language communication skills both in Chinese and English
• Extremely organized and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail at all times, even with the most routine tasks.
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
• ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person, on the telephone, and in writing.
• Must independently follow assignments through to completion.
• Emotional maturity
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various

competing demands, and demonstrates the highest level of customer/client service and response

Nice to Have:
• Ability to develop and maintain accurate and timely filing the database of key contacts, including but not limited to contact info and distribution lists. Ensure data integrity of the database through timely and accurate data entry and maintenance.
• Excellent skill in assisting with event planning and coordination for team meetings, all-hands meetings, summits, business reviews, etc. This includes but not limited to creating participant lists, sending invitations, tracking response, coordinating presentation and arranging transportation (if need).
• Experience in managing client holiday gift distributions: create client lists for cards and gifts, pack and ship, track to confirm delivery.
