The Job

WarnerMedia seeks a Recruiting Coordinator, University Relations for the Talent Acquisition department. The recruiting coordinator will need to be a strong collaborator to provide recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition University Relations team and is responsible for scheduling and facilitating positive candidate and client communication experiences.

The Daily
• Supports on-boarding activities and coordinates logistics for all campus related events.
• Assist with research and benchmarking of programmatic engagement activities.
• Assist with reporting and tracking of all university recruitment metrics.
• Supports full scope recruitment of WarnerMedia internships and campus related programs.
• Schedules and coordinates interviews with TA and hiring managers.
• Communicates applicant status to recruitment, hiring managers and applicant when applicable.
• Updates applicant tracking system on a timely basis to ensure accurate reporting on relevant recruitment metrics.
• Tracks and screens all executive campus referrals and ensures consideration when applicable.
• Assists with relationship management of campus contacts and community outreach partner organizations.
• Maintains database for UR referral portal, providing regular status updates.
• Processes employment applications, enters applicant information in Workday Recruiter and background check system (HireRight), as required.
• Schedules orientation and/or on-boarding meetings with HR and prepares offer letters.
• Processes paperwork for all new hires.
• Provides support to University Relations team including but not limited to complex in-person or telephone interviews, conference calls, video conferences, etc. as needed.
• Arranges candidate travel, prepares, and submits candidate expense reports as needed.
• Assists with talent acquisition team projects as required.

The Essentials
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Some experience working with students or recent college graduates is ideal.
• Strong interest in the media industry
• Excellent communications skills
• Adaptability is essential
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Spanish language skills: Desired but not required
