Job Description
Lead thematic planning and management of Transformation program across new and existing projects, bridging guidance and prioritization from WBD leadership into tactical action. Proactively support transformation leadership and workstream leaders in ongoing ideation and implementation of initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and synergy opportunity. Spearhead the creation of new transformation program sprints, workstreams, and initiatives by partnering with business leaders. Translate top-down goals into tactical actions and scaled program plans, ensuring continued communication and transparency across the WBD community. Broadcast and champion program communications to Executive Sponsors, WBD Board of Directors, and broad business community. This role requires a keen eye for large scale value creation opportunities coupled with a bias for execution, while understanding the strengths and limitations of the company.

Your Role Accountabilities

Transformation and Team Leadership/Skill building
• Proactively identify opportunities and operationalize organization-wide transformation efforts, prioritize value, and drive collaborative execution with long term holistic impact
• Develop leadership presence and influence across a broad range of business stakeholders to drive transformation efforts and cross-function sprints/ideation resulting in value creation (cost and revenue opportunities)
• Lead and mentor Global Business Transformation direct reports and team members to deliver value on a range of transformation workstreams (requiring functional knowledge at an initiative level, critical lens of opportunities, and direct analytical experience)

Analytical Excellence
• Build deep understanding of WBD, external competitors, and overall industry trending to identify potential strategic opportunities and solution with business partners
• Structure high-level and ambiguous problems soundly, develop clear insights and effectively translate it to work planning and process, using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Mentor direct reports and other team members to develop strong problem solving skills
• Engage a range of senior stakeholders to align on strategic recommendations and overall objectives across all dimensions, ensuring consistent transparency and communication across WBD community

Program Operation and Reporting
• Ensure program or project communications are effectively prepared and distributed for executive stakeholder discussions (includes variety of project and program reporting to c-level steering committee and preparation of executive level presentations)

Qualifications & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in managing transformation, strategic analysis, change management, and large-scale program activity for a global, matrixed company.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; MBA/Advanced degree desirable, plus prior experience in strategy/management consulting
• Experience being accountable to executive leadership for delivery of program-wide milestones
• Demonstrated ability influence across functional silos to produce change
• Demonstrated leadership with proven ability to operationalize organization-wide programs
• Acute awareness and identification of programmatic themes and objectives, with ability to proactively translate the big picture into actionable workplans
• Understanding of high-level valuation, key drivers, and metrics
• Exceptional people management and communication skills, both written and oral including ability to lead and mentor more junior team members
• Strong organizational planning and process management skills
• Demonstrated ability to easily engage a helicopter view in navigating the ladder of abstraction from big picture to detailed operational impacts

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $197,050.00 - $365,950.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
