Your New Role

As the Stock, Systems & Inventory Administration Lead, your role will be to work with various teams to ensure the smooth flow of inventory, whilst reporting any issues to ensure accurate stock keeping at our Kings Cross store to drive sales. You will assist teams with back office systems, POS amendments and assistance on the shop floor.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Maintain accurate stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock issues, and manage stock assistants during deliveries.
• Supervise display and storage quantities, working with the VM team for any shop floor changes, and ensure bestsellers are easily accessible.
• Handle broken stock processes, including returning faulty items to suppliers and destroying shop-soiled items, while managing stock transfers between sites and warehouses.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, keep detailed logs, perform spot checks, train staff on product identification, and address cashier mistakes impacting stock levels.
• Manage stock takes by leading a team, creating barcode folders, and preparing sites for efficiency, while investigating discrepancies and assisting at other locations as needed.
• Generate and analyze various reports from the Back Office system to brief Store Managers on sales, out-of-stock items, and display performance, and forecast for peak trade weeks.
• Provide POS and back-office training to front-line teams and management, ensuring all staff complete necessary training and have access to comprehensive manuals.
• Report new POS and back-office requirements to the Go-Tech team, including hotkeys, user codes, permissions, new reports, and promotions, and log any hardware or software issues.
• Conduct POS regression testing for site-specific needs and new updates, ensuring all products are available on POS and maintaining consumable levels.
• Collaborate with various teams, assist with administrative tasks, shop floor support, and ensure store pricing meets standards.

Qualification & Experience
• Experience in stock or warehouse management, retail/sales, and team leadership.
• Knowledge of front-end POS systems and back-office applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic financial procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of merchandising procedures.
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
