The Senior Manager, DEI Content & Production, will further develop and operationalize diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across Warner Bros. Discovery, derived from the Global DEI strategy for both creative and production businesses, with a specific focus on supporting Southern Europe, Poland, France, Germany, Benelux and LATAM regions with their content and production DEI initiatives.
Reporting to the GVP, DEI International, this role partners closely the Snr Manager DEI Content & Production for APAC, Nordics & the UK along with all areas of the business, specifically with Global DEI, CSR, Public Affairs, Communications, P&C including Production HR and Creative and Production Leads, Marketing, Legal, Broadcast Standards, Strategic Planning, and Insights and Analytics.
The Senior Manager, DEI Content & Production is responsible for building and leading strategic implementation of the Content and Production initiatives for the WBD external workforce and creative and production teams in the bespoke territories. This includes developing and implementing DEI focused training including workshops, one-sheets and toolkits as needed. The incumbent will maintain and provide inclusive resources for productions as well as provide content advisement and review as needed. In addition to leading various DEI initiatives and projects, the incumbent will support with operationalizing creative council work locally and regionally, as well as management and support of the working groups including engagement, measurement of outlined objectives and DEI communications.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to design company-wide Content and Production DEI programming, including DEI training, workshops, toolkits and additional materials.
• Drive and deliver the company's integrated content diversity strategy with demonstrable and measurable results set by the DEI team and the Creative Council.
• Responsible for leading talent tracking efforts determined by the Creative Council to ensure enterprise needs are being met via relevant tracking tools.
• Liaise with all business units and coordinate with department to ensure seamless tracking of all upcoming content and projects in development, as well as talent in front of and behind the camera.
• Will contribute and improve access to partners, suppliers and centralized resources to reduce barriers, and ease adoption of inclusive content and production to ensure that all Warner Bros. Discovery business units globally have access to best-in-class and diverse talent across all platforms.
• Execute and advance the Warner Bros. Discovery global DEI strategy in collaboration with internal partners to support key business needs, goals, and objectives. Key business needs include but not limited to: content advisement and inclusive production assistance across the content and production lifecycle.
• Expand, scale, and brand existing DEI initiatives to attract, cultivate, and retain talent in our content and productions.
• Accountable for maintaining regular contact with cross-divisional relationships that result in greater diversity, equity and inclusion for all Warner Bros. Discovery content.
Qualifications & Experience…
• Knowledgeable and well-versed in the breadth of Warner Bros. Discovery IP.
• Proven passion for the topics of diversity, equity & inclusion, workplace culture and social impact
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize and respond accordingly in a fast-paced environment.
• Great communicator who can build strong working relationships with internal and external partners and vendors.
• Extreme passion for content of all kinds. A strong interest in global programming and content preferred.
• Experience in development or current or equivalent and strong relationships as a buyer or seller that can be leveraged and deployed quickly across the WBD system
• Passionate about championing voices and talent from historically marginalized communities and eager to find ways to bring your creative background into the DEI space.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to work independently on highly complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Passion to drive change, highly organized and strong strategic and execution capabilities.
• Data savvy, being able tell the right stories using data, leveraging insight to measure return on investment and progress against the DEI agenda.
• Ability to be discreet and handle confidential information.
• Ideal background is current programming at a streamer with international experience or as a creative executive in either features or television
• Interest in understanding corporate-wide agenda.
• Able to build trust and psychological safety within an organization.
• Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current creative and production DEI needs and DEI trends.
• Willingness to build strong industry and community organization relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Office Suite

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
