Your New Role…
The Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager will lead on operationalizing DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) workforce and advancing strategic efforts for employees across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Director, DEI, EMEA, this Senior Manager, DEI, EMEA will partner with the global DE&I (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Workforce & Strategy to implement priorities locally with markets in the region and work in partnership with local P&C (People & Culture) colleagues to embed systems change approach to DEI at WBD (Warner Bros Discovery) with a focus on recruitment, retention, progression, performance management, leadership development and employee engagement.
This role partners closely with all areas of the business, specifically with the Global DE&I community, People and Culture Partners, Business Leaders, Business Resource Groups, Communications and Legal.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Working with the Regional DEI leader to design and implement the DEI approach for the region in accordance with direction set by the President and GMs across EMEA.
• Partnering with local leaders/P&C/Legal/Comms to manage the change and transformation needs required to implement our DEI approach with a systems lens/evidence-based approach.
• Collaborating with the People and culture team to ensure effective DEI practices are embedded into every phase of the talent and development lifecycles, to support the development of diverse talent.
• Leading on providing data/input/leader coaching, including ongoing DEI data narrative with quarterly workforce reports to track and measure progress.
• Leading activation of DEI programmatic efforts identified by the Global DEI Workforce & Strategy team to build leadership capability and advance talent within local budget recommendations (i.e., mentoring/coaching/sponsorship programs, inclusive leadership program, Fellow's program etc.)
• Managing DEI team input for local regulatory requirements (e.g., pay gaps) and creation of country market plans.
• Providing Strategic counsel to local Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to enable them to operate successfully in alignment with the WBD DEI vision.
• Enhancing local initiatives to support recruitment, retention and development of underrepresented talent through active research, development of initiatives and benchmarking with partner teams
• Developing a suite of centralised resources for use across our workforce and employee-focused DEI efforts.
• Partnering with L&D and other teams as needed on delivery of DEI related capability training
• Activating on additional strategic development and implementation as needed
Qualifications & Experience...
• Proven track record of success developing, facilitating and scaling DEI learning solutions with localised approach to materials that reflect nuances informed by a varying business, countries and cultures
• Experience working in an international DEI function for a global company with the ability to navigate a matrixed organisation that is complex, nuanced and disparate.
• Experience delivering employee/industry facing programs and trainings from review to launch
• Ability to identify and establish key metrics to assess and measure results and progress of DEI initiatives as well as progress against key commitments and the broader DEI strategy.
• Experienced DE&I practitioner with experience developing and facilitating DEI learning and leading DEI efforts within business units across the UK and EMEA region.
• Great communicator who can influence over time and build trust to forge strong working relationships with internal and external partners and vendors.
• Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current DEI needs in the sector.
• Natural, cross border collaborator with the ability to Strategic lens and execution capabilities.
