Senior Executive, Promo Planning & Strategy

The role will report to Manager, Promo Planning & Strategy (SEA Streaming) based in Singapore.

Job Overview

As a Promo Planning & Strategy Senior Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing promotional plans and strategies to drive engagement and enhance brand visibility. You will collaborate closely with internal planning team and cross-functional teams (Content Operations, Marketing and CRM) to ensure alignment of promotional activities with overall marketing objectives and sales targets.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Scheduling of promos for all HBO, MAX, Discovery/Warner off-network content, theatrical and brand campaigns as pre-roll and all other shorts on Max.
• Scheduling of promotion on Max to drive toward key KPIs around on-platform content awareness and engagement.
• Work closely with the internal planning team to ensure priorities are aligned, working in tandem with Content Medaling framework and global key pushes.
• Liaise with various partner teams (Marketing Ops, Digital Media Ops) to ensure assets are available and delivered.
• Approve and pre-screen all promo content on MAX prior to its start to ensure its compliance and accuracy in information presented.

Qualifications & Experience
• Education: At least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in media or a related field
• Prior Experience / Industry: At least 2 years of experience in media, TV networks or streaming business.
• Technical and Business: Programming or promo scheduling system
• Language: Excellent in English communication (verbal & written); Mandarin speaking is a plus but not required.
• Keen knowledge in general entertainment and streaming services.
• Team player with a strong eye for detail.
• High level organizational skills, ability to prioritize and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Programming and Marketing background will have added advantage.
