Production Assistant - Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL)
We have an exciting new opening at Warner Bros Studios Leavesden, supporting the Physical Production team ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of the production process for WBD feature films in the UK, spanning from early development through production into post and final picture delivery.
You will also be supporting the WB Production Executives, liaising with productions and internal departments at WBD, and working closely with the US Physical Production team. This role is based at WB Studios Leavesden, five days a week, and may require regional and international travel.
Roles & Responsibilities…
• Provide comprehensive support to the Physical Production Team and liaise with departments including Finance, Post Production, Music, Production Technology, Global Security, and People and Culture.
• Assist in setting up offices for production personnel at Leavesden Studios, coordinating with Studio Operations and Facilities to arrange monitors, phones, furniture, and other necessary equipment.
• Coordinate visitor access to the Studio through VMEasy and arrange ''On The Lot'' drive-on passes in collaboration with the security team, alongside greeting visitors to WB Productions and, when required, organise or provide tours of the facility using the golf buggy.
• Handle mail collection and distribution from the Studio Mail Room, and manage general postal duties, including arranging couriers for both domestic and international deliveries.
• Raise Digital Purchase Orders (DPO) and cross-check prior orders for accuracy.
• Organise and maintain the Box folder storage system to ensure easy access to required files.
• This role is based at WB Studios Leavesden, five days a week, and may require regional and international travel
Qualifications & Experiences…
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Film or HETV
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as Box, Adobe Acrobat, Airtables, DPO, Embershot, Zoom, and Teams.
• Maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to productions, talent, or company operations.
• Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the filmmaking process.
• Acts as a representative of the WBPL group with professionalism and reliability.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
