OTTO Operator (Temporary)

The OTTO Operator in the Multimedia Emission Platform (MEP) is responsible for ensuring the correct operation and monitoring of multimedia emission systems. This role is crucial for guaranteeing the quality and continuity of live and recorded broadcasts.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Create, update and setup assets for the Digital live events
• Operate Livestreaming events and record in realtime.
• Monitoring dashboards and receiving alerts to detect potential issues on real time or proactively detect when possible.
• Logging, updating and tracking incidents in the ticketing system, following the SLA.
• Escalate issues to relevant teams and follow up the progress

Troubleshoot issues and perform analysis.
• Perform sanity checks across devices for OTT platforms

Qualifications & Experiences
• Previous experience in technical control of multimedia emissions.
• Deep knowledge of transmission and signal reception systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
