Job Description
The Manager, Employer Branding International is a key role that oversees the strategic development and implementation of WBD's International Employer Branding marketing and regional activations. This role will be equals parts marketing, branding, and project management. You will have experience leading teams from ideation to execution on a variety awareness, promotional, and recruitment efforts in multi-region. You will work closely with our Marketing, Communication, and Production leads to develop impactful strategies and activations that resonate with our audiences, represent our brands, and ultimately attract incredible talent .

Your Role Accountabilities…

International Strategy
• Identifies, responds to, and drives business-led recruitment strategies for each region (EMEA, LATAM, APAC)
• Provides regional expertise to support TA-support programs and recruitment efforts in priority areas
• Understands the regional nuances and complexities of developing strategies across different geographies and cultures
• In conjunction with the Director, Employer Branding identifies International KPIS and reports quarterly
• Leads key strategic branding and marketing campaigns as identified by Director, Employer Branding and TA Leadership

Regional Activations & Marketing Execution
• Plans, implements, and measures regional activations for both business-led and TA-led marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
• Partners with key regional TA and business stakeholders to produce, coordinate and manage recruitment collateral, assets, and USPs for messaging
• Ensures consistency in measurements and reporting of performance at regular cadence across all international regions
• Drives and is the main point of contact for the development, maintenance, and performance metrics of careers.wbd.com
• Leads key strategic marketing campaigns and EB operational programs as identified by the Director, Employer Branding and TA Leadership

Team Leadership
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and escalate issues when appropriate
• Directly and/or dot-line manage regional SME/ICs on the Employer Branding team
• Owns strategy and implementation for scaling EB International capacity and organizational efficiency as identified by the leadership

Qualifications & Experience…
• Proven experience in media, talent acquisition, employer branding and/or recruitment marketing experience
• Passion for engaging people, new media, and realizing global activations as a result
• Editorial capabilities: You can write both short- and long-form content and deftly adapt your writing style to our brand voice.
• Ability to work in a team environment with flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends and travel
• Able to pivot and change direction depending on content needs
• Energetic and enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys working under pressure
• Experience creating employer brand strategy and campaigns.
• Extensive experience defining audience engagement strategy
• Experience setting measurable goals and tracking performance in global marketing programs.
• Experience driving marketing campaigns from planning to execution to meet key performance metrics.
