The Job
Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a CRM MarTech Manager for Max – APAC. This role plays an integral, cross-functional role within the global Max Streaming MarTech team. As part of the Max global rollout, you will serve as the lead point of contact, working with the APAC retention marketing team to implement a best-in-class marketing tech stack that support lifecycle marketing efforts. You will work closely with the APAC team to define marketing communications and data use cases, building these requirements and enhancements into the messaging platform. You will be instrumental in enabling 1:1 customer journeys, advanced personalization, sophisticated segmentation, and multi-channel marketing. You will design scalable solutions, provide best practices and share learnings, frameworks, and processes that can be adopted globally.
The Daily
• Work with regional Marketing and CRM teams, Product and Technology to scale the marketing tech stack and capabilities, working primarily with the messaging platform.
• Identify and document lifecycle marketing and data needs in the APAC region which will enable customer segmentation, campaign personalization, journey orchestration and measurement.
• Provide technical solutions, platform and process support for CRM campaign operations
• Work with your global MarTech teammates to develop repeatable solutions, including CRM platform feature enhancements, data segmentation enablement, and CRM best practices
• Take direction from the Director, MarTech, as needed
The Essentials
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Math or related field is required
• 5+ years of experience in marketing technology or data product management.
• Experience working with CRM and cross-channel messaging platforms, preferably Braze, Adobe, or Salesforce. Email channel experience required. Mobile channels experience (including Push, In-App, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) are a plus.
• Proficiency in creating/building data-driven marketing campaigns and/or journeys.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business and platform requirements into marketing campaigns.
• Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Experience in working with international markets and multiple cross functional teams.
• Experience implementing CRM and/or cross-channel marketing platforms a plus.
• Fluent in English.
Nice To Haves
• Proficiency with SQL is a plus.
• Experience in Direct-to-Consumer business. Subscription and lifecycle marketing is a plus.
