Junior Executive, Commercial Ops

Job Description

General Summary:

An important position within the Sales Ops team that provides support to the International ad sales teams across our global networks. The role takes on the responsibility for the execution and delivery of all commercial solutions for International Advertising Sales into HQ in London.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all international commercial deals, ensuring successful execution across all relevant commercial feeds to meet advertising clients' satisfaction.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the CEEMEA/West Divisions and WBD's global networks to manage inventory requirements effectively.
• Identify and alert the Manager to potential inventory conflicts between local and international sales.
• Coordinate with producers and creative agencies to ensure the timely delivery of all creative elements.
• Liaise with Clearcast and provide guidance to local and global teams on potential compliance issues related to commercials.
• Work closely with colleagues across CEEMEA/West to manage the delivery of commercials into the Transmission Centres.
• Foster strong relationships with International Sales teams globally, providing operational and status reports throughout the campaign duration.
• Book local and pan-regional campaigns (commercial spots, sponsorships, and teleshopping) on the Sales planning system.

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in commercial traffic and sales planning.
• Demonstrated success in a similar role, executing standard commercial campaigns within the broadcast industry.
• Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Proven expertise in planning and scheduling systems and processes.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and delivering within budget constraints.
• Editing skills in Adobe Premiere or Final Cut are advantageous.
• Strong IT competency.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
