Your New Role...
Support the European Film Distribution team with day-to-day tasks including: tracking performance of titles, monitoring release dates, analysing local productions, attending preview screenings and supporting with other ad-hoc tasks.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Support the team in analysing the performance of films and other aspects of the business across the region.
• Actively contribute to reports and analysis covering all aspects of film distribution for colleagues in both Europe and the US.
• Check WB and competitive information, including box office and release dates, with territory sales teams to ensure data integrity
• Assist in tracking consumer awareness and industry expectations of upcoming films, both WB and competitive.
• Deal with ad-hoc requests and analysis from the UK and US offices.
• Attend advance screenings of upcoming Warner Bros and acquisition titles and provide reactions, commentary and estimates.
Qualifications & Experience...
• Should have solid GCSE and A level results, or equivalent.
• Highly numerate and confident active user of MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint).
• Analytical and pay close attention to detail! Accuracy is the key.
• Well organised, disciplined and be confident in the ability to prioritise workload and use time effectively.
• Pro-active, ''can do'' attitude – try something approach.
• Able to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner.

• Salary: £19,700 p/a
• Contract Length: 18 months
• Start Date: September 2023
• Course: Level 3 Business Administration
• 20 days annual leave
