Your New Role…

The Early Talent Lead LATAM will manage the recruitment and delivery of Warner Bros. Discovery's Early Talent programmes across Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile & Argentina). The successful person will have the opportunity to make a real impact in our strategies to attract and pipeline a diverse future workforce.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Work closely with the Senior Manager, Early Talent International, to manage our world-class Early Talent programmes across the LATAM territories.
• Responsibility for recruiting and delivering WBD's Early Talent programmes in LATAM.
• Work with stakeholders to develop new Early Talent programmes with a focus on talent pipelining.
• Develop recruitment strategies for internship and graduate programmes in the region.
• Be the local expert on diversity programmes and initiatives specific to the LATAM territories.
• Actively develop relationships with relevant partners and educational institutions across the LATAM territories to showcase WBD and our opportunities and attract the best future talent.
• Shortlist, screen and assess candidate applications for entry-level roles and internships.
• Develop and implement assessment processes to identify and select talent.
• Organise attendance at careers fairs and events to promote our Early Talent schemes.
• Partner with relevant teams to organise learning and engagement opportunities and to provide coaching and development to interns and graduates.

Qualifications & Experience…
• Must be fluent in English & Spanish.
• Previous Early Talent/Campus Recruitment experience, either in-house or agency, with experience of managing high-volume recruitment projects.
• Experience working across multiple countries in the LATAM region
• Proven experience of working in a matrix organisation
• Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to take initiative and work proactively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
