Your New Role...

This DEI EMEA Apprentice role sits within the Warner Bros. Discovery Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team, specifically working within the regional Europe, Middle East and Africa team.

You will provide logistical and administrative support ensuring high quality, timely and efficient delivery of projects. As part of a regional dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across many areas within Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

We are looking for a phenomenal team player to join our diverse team of passionate, supportive, and driven individuals. A person that strives to achieve a world that is fair and encourages everyone to be their true authentic selves. You are keen to learn, you think outside of the box, you have attention to detail, you're personable, flexible when needed, self-motivated, can manage multiple projects and deadlines, and you can remain calm under pressure.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Assist with the execution of DEI events, meetings, and projects (panel discussions, summits, conferences, webinars, professional development programming, etc.) in the EMEA region.
• Logistics and Administration Support: Travel Coordination, Diary Management and SharePoint ownership.
• Financial Administration Support: Vendor / Supplier Relationship Management, Processing Invoices and Budget / Expense Management.
• Creating Marketing Materials.
• Provide project and ad hoc support to the WBD EMEA DEI team.

Qualifications & Experience…
• Our apprenticeship positions are designed to be an alternative to university education, therefore we are only seeking applications from people who have not already graduated from university with a degree.
• A passion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and prioritisation skills
• An interest in learning about project management and event planning
• Good relationship building skills, team player and eager to learn
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Trustworthy and ability to build trusted partnerships
• Experience using Microsoft Office

The Apprenticeship...
• Salary: £20 ,500  p/a  
• Contract Length: 18 months   
• Start Date: 9th September 2024
• Qualification: Level 3 Business Administration
• You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.
• You will have access to personal and professional development courses, executive speakers' series, special screenings and more.
• You will be part of our Early Talent network of over 100 interns & apprentices, meaning you will have an important support network of other students, graduates and apprentices and plenty of opportunities to socialise!

Next Steps…
• Stage 1: Submit your CV b y Sunday 23rd June (you will not be able to apply after this date) .
• Stage 2: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a w ritten questionnaire in HireVue . The deadline for this is Sunday 30th June.
• Stage 3: Final stage assessment centre will take place in July & August.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
