The Daily...
• Identifying suspicious packages and follow proper company policies in the handling of suspicious packages.
• Handling customer calls and inquiries and instructing delivery personnel of priority status of specific packages.
• Ensuring all undelivered packages at the end of the day are secured in a locked cabinet as well as locking all doors and setting the alarm system.
• Disarming the alarm system, opening the department for the workday and logging into the X-ray equipment, Pitney Track system.
• Checking all scanners for use during the day by personnel and ensure proper functioning.
• Retrieve delivery volumes, maintain inbound daily volumes by outside couriers and messengers and report anomalies to Manager.
• Research all undeliverable packages and handle the return process of packages to carriers if warranted.
• Provide support back up for package delivery, securing signatures for all accountable deliveries; ensure data is uploaded to Tracking system.
• Monitor operations for various Mail Services locations, and ensure all procedures are properly followed
• Sort all incoming packages to establish routes. Prioritize urgent deliveries; research mislabeled or undeliverable items and resolves issues
• Receive and x-ray all incoming packages
• Maintain handheld scanners, data integrity and volume reports
• Handle repair issues with Pitney Bowes
• Provide back up support for package delivery and security and obtaining signatures for accountable packages
Qualifications and Experience...
• High School Education (minimum)
• Customer Services experience required
• Prior experience in a Mail Center or Courier delivery experience preferred
• Computer System (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook) Zoom
• Pitney Bowes Tracking system, handheld scanners (android devices)
• Solid communication skills- verbal and written (phone and email etiquette)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Make quick decisions under pressure

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $35,360 - $62,192.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
