Job Description
The Coordinator, DEI, Pipeline COE will support the operationalization of various DEI programs, projects and events, assist with the day-to-day administrative needs of the team, and build and maintain organizational systems to boost the efficiency of the department.
This role partners closely with multiple areas of the business, specifically with Accounting, Production, Communications, Legal, and Programming. The Coordinator will be responsible for overall logistical support, including, but not limited to, pipeline program facilitation, research, scheduling, travel arrangements, social media posts and website updates.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Compile research on global trends in the industry and maintain up-to-date knowledge of global diversity, inclusion and belonging.
• Assist with script and festival coverage, as needed.
• Serve as a reader and/or reviewer for multiple pipeline programs, including reviewing scripts, screening short and feature-length films, and providing thoughtful, written analysis of material.
• Help create feedback surveys and compile key takeaways to identify ways to enhance future initiatives
• Drive administrative support for the department, including, but not limited to: maintaining department website updates, coding and invoice processing and onboarding new team members.
• Organize internal events as needed coordinating logistics, including securing venues, providing catering, providing security credentials, arranging A/V setup.
• Create and maintain departmental internal and external communications, including, but not limited to: dept calendar of events, quarterly newsletter and social media management.
• Occasionally book travel and process payment for talent participating in showcases and/or pipeline programs.
Qualifications & Experience
• 2+ years of prior experience in TV/film industry, diversity and inclusion, and/or related experience.
• Demonstrated passion for diversity and innovation.
• Proactive collaborator and problem-solver with enthusiasm to support a project, big or small, from concept to completion.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to balance multiple priorities, be resourceful and deliver exceptional work. Timeliness and reliability are a must!
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in social media, including creating assets and posting on LinkedIn and Instagram
• Knowledge of Canva and Hoot Suite preferred
• Familiarity in Concur and Ariba is helpful, though not required
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize and respond accordingly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; comfortable working independently
• Great communicator who can build strong working relationships with internal and external partners and vendors.
• Ability to be discreet and handle confidential information
• Willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of current DEI needs and trends
• Highly organized and exceptional execution capabilities. Works well under pressure.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,210.00 - $78,390.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
