The Coordinator, Global Franchise is responsible for supporting the SVP, DC Global Brand and Franchise and the broader Global Franchise team in driving the maximization of the long-term value for the WBD Global Brands and Franchises. The Coordinator will engage in stewardship and marketing projects, as well as provide administrative support.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Provides general administrative support to the SVP including but not limited to calendar maintenance, scheduling and setting up meetings, greeting visitors, answering phones, opening/distributing incoming mail, taking meeting notes, maintaining a filing system, making copies, preparing packages for shipment, ordering supplies, etc.
• Coordinates and arranges travel and hotel accommodations and completes travel and expense reports.
• Supports deck and franchise presentation and communication development such as proof-reading decks, providing deck updates or enhancing design elements.
• Engages in brand and franchise stewardship activities, such as approvals or providing insight into brand guidelines
• Engages in franchise marketing projects, such as developing social media copy or managing digital toolkit files
• Partners closely with the Global Brand and Franchise team to help create and manage planning documents and calendars
• Processes third party temp forms and Master Vendor Agreements as needed
• Liaises with Finance to track and manage all expenditures/invoices in quarterly budget worksheets
• Codes, routes and tracks outside vendor invoices
• Creates and/or updates Excel, Powerpoint and other documents as assigned
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience....
• Min 2-5 years work experience, preferably as a coordinator, executive assistant, administrative assistant, brand governor/approver
• Experience with entertainment company strongly preferred
• High school diploma required
• 4-year college degree preferred
• Excellent project management, prioritization and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and excellent judgment.
• Strong at managing workflow to meet tight deadlines while handling high volume of work.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and productive demeanor
• Professional demeanor
• High proficiency with MS Office products

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $47,466.00 - $88,150.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
