Artist Management Coordinator

This position plays a supporting role in developing and managing relationships with key publishing and distribution partners globally, with the goal of growing DC's worldwide comic readership among diverse audiences.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Assist with aligning local publishing slates with DC's content and business priorities.
• Support the activation of regional go-to-market publishing and promotional programs for maximizing DC's revenue around the world including tracking contractual requirements.
• Coordinate the tracking of global partner publishing and marketing plans and creative submissions including but not limited to title release plans, creative reviews, royalty statements, invoicing, and payments.
• Process reproduction material orders, including but not limited to, reviewing partner orders, providing order confirmations, and acting as a liaison between DC's Archiving Services and partners for tasks such as ensuring the return of licensed reprints assets to DC.
• Attend regular meetings with global partners and act as a resource by ensuring the fulfillment of partner requests, asset and marketing materials, and any miscellaneous ad hoc needs.
• Assist with tracking and preparing updates on our partner publishing plans for internal stakeholders.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience…
Work Experience
• Two (2) years of relevant work experience in account management, sales, marketing, publishing, or operations required.
• Experience in project management and international business experience strongly preferred.
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Knowledge and Skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and in writing) with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to organize effectively and pay close attention to details.
• Must be able to work well under time constraints, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks and project elements simultaneously.
• Creative, solution-focused person with a growth mindset.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat required.
• Knowledge of publishing/comic book industry preferred.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $45,500.00 - $84,500.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
