Job Responsibilities:
• Managing the calendar and travel requirements for the location Lead as an admin
• Support Travel Management for business heads
• MOM for meetings Documenting Minutes of the meetings for the location
• Liasing with staff, vendors and clients to arrange and coordinate corporate events to take place outside of the work place from time to time.
• miscellaneous tasks to support the office, which will vary according to the work
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage visits of delegations/groups as we set up the office space to ensure meeting room set up (co-ordinate with tech, facilities), logistics including cars, ordering food and managing deliveries, making reservations at restaurant.
• Organizing Office celebrations including festivities around major festivals in Hyderabad
• Co-ordinate for any town hall meetings - with the IT, facilities team to ensure seamless experience for our employees.
• Ordering and managing the inventory of office stationary including papers, pens, markers, erasers etc, office consumables etc.
