The Job

The Account Manager for Affiliate Sales is responsible for maximizing revenue and maintaining strong business relationships between Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) and Pay TV companies, telecommunication operators, streaming platforms, and other new partners in the region. This role ensures the distribution of Turner, Discovery, and MAX content via top operators in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay.

You Role Accountabilities
• Revenue Maximization
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from existing and new partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Relationship Management
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with Pay TV companies, telecommunication operators, streaming platforms, and other partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Contract Negotiation
• Negotiate and secure long-term contracts with partners to ensure stable and continuous revenue streams.
• Ensure all agreements are in line with company policies and objectives.
• Distribution Management
• Oversee the distribution of Turner, Discovery, and MAX content through top operators in the region.
• Ensure compliance with distribution agreements and monitor performance metrics.
• Market Analysis
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and finance, to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align strategies and share best practices.
• Reporting:
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and partner activities.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role within the media or telecommunications industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable
• Advanced English
