Job Description
The Youth Programs Coordinator is responsible for assisting the planning, development and execution of Jazz Youth programs. This position will be responsible for working with existing and future youth program partners. They will also assist with logistics and planning for our Camps and Clinics program. This position will deal with day to day functions of Junior Jazz, Jazz Camps and Clinics, Jazz Kids Club, 3v3, Jazz Bantam, and Utah Jazz Shoot 360.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in Junior Jazz ticket inventory management, voucher printing, distribution and tracking
• Coordinate jersey orders and fulfillment with Youth Programs partners and outside vendors
• Assist in inventory management for Camps and Clinics apparel, basketballs and other gear
• Assist in execution of Camps and Clinics and with on-site needs during events
• Assist in scheduling, planning and executing events, clinics, parties, appearances and meetings
• Look for opportunities to work with new community partners and programs
• Look for opportunities to amplify and grow the Jazz Kids Club
• Assist with planning, and execution of Jazz 3v3 tournaments
• Be a good teammate, contribute positively to a winning culture, and be respectful
• Demonstrate world-class customer service and if you don't directly interact with the customer, support those that do
• Protect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of the company
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Polished presentation skills with the ability to communicate with large groups and clients
• Basketball coaching experience preferred
• Experience programming and organizing large events
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize under a heavy workload
• Ability to work all home Jazz games and work irregular hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) as required
• Proficient in basic computer software programs
• Clean driving record

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
• This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate and assess.
• This person must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time.
• This person must be able to lift 20 lbs.
