Job Description
How you'll CREATE
• Email Marketing: Create multiple weekly marketing emails to inform our hundreds of partners about our current priority releases and new releases.
• Web Advertising: Design compelling web advertisements to promote our current priority releases.
• Digital Content Editing: Edit videos, audio and photos from artist interviews and events.
• Sizzle Reel/Pitch Deck Creation: Create captivating sizzle reels and pitch decks to promote our current and upcoming releases.
• Digital Asset Management: Collect, maintain, protect, and distribute digital assets.
• Encoding: Submit music for airplay monitoring and manage label chart share allocations.

• Experience: Proven experience (4+ years) in digital marketing and asset management roles preferably in entertainment or sales industry.
• Skills: Strong understanding of Photoshop, Final Cut, Keynote, and Mailchimp.
• Creativity: Exceptional ability to create compelling content that clearly communicates our messaging.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
• Detail oriented mindset.
• Must be flexible, able to multi-task, and manage time effectively.
