United Talent Agency is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to help design and build an integrated experience for our Agents across the organization! As a Salesforce Developer, you will drive efficiency and effectiveness of our growing Agent and Consulting teams to help them thrive.
What You'll Do
• Provide current state/future state vision for the organizations Salesforce tenant.
• Manage third party managed service firms to execute both day to day tasks as well as long term projects
• Creation and maintenance of Salesforce Packages
• Provide technical support for integration with Salesforce, in-house systems, and third-party systems such as NetSuite, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with the engineering team through the entire software development process to deliver tools and features
• Become deeply familiar with existing code and processes; problem solve issues and rewrite where standard methodologies are not in place.
What You'll Need
• 3+ years of experience developing in Salesforce
• Experience architecting and developing complex technical solutions in the either Salesforce platform using Visual Force, Apex, JavaScript.
• Must have a solid understanding of the Salesforce architecture in terms of data model, integration patterns and design patterns.
• Experience writing scalable, reusable code with well written unit tests.
• Comprehensive understanding of and significant experience with Salesforce.com architecture and the various API.
• Strong JavaScript skills at the leading edge of today's web development in areas such as React/Redux, Angular or web components, responsive layouts, and so forth.
• Experience with an Object-oriented programming language (Java, Python or similar modern development platform).
• Familiarity with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL or other SQL/NoSQL databases.
• GIT and/or Gearset for development and deployment
• Use of CSS to enhance LWC custom UI
• Salesforce DX development practices
• Advanced integration experience, such as Salesforce and Office 365
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
