Assistant, Music Brand Partnerships

Job Description

UTA is seeking an Assistant for the Music Brand Partnerships team in our Nashville office. UTA Music is home to a diverse roster of some of the world's premier musical talent, from emerging acts to superstars. UTA Music works globally, driving client careers through recording deals, touring, performances, licensing, and brand partnerships.

We are a team of music branding and marketing experts that work with our roster of music clients to develop campaigns and establish partnerships with top global brands. The ideal candidate is passionate about the music business and has a curiosity for how artists can integrate with brands beyond concerts.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 pr

What You'll Do
• Manage phone, calendar, and research for meetings
• Maintain spreadsheets and draft correspondence
• Proactively build processes that benefit the business
• Liaise with internal staff, at all levels, and external clients & partners
• Prepare monthly expense reports for review & submit to accounting for approval
• Create marketing decks and presentations for brand clients

What You Need
• Minimum 1 years' assistant experience , a plus if working the entertainment industry
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred but not required
• Strong task management skills , c apable of managing several projects simultaneously
• Knowledge and curiosity for key players throughout the entertainment industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Understanding of UTA's Client Roster
